Combustion optimizer device is a static in-line mixer that stabilizes the gas flow and returns the gas to its laminar state. In this way, the gas reaches the burners in a linear way, thus obtaining better combustion. Every burner generates a turbulence in the Gas when it demands fuel if to this reality we add that the gas that arrives at our consumption apparatuses in habitual conditions, influenced by the climatological conditions, situation geography, dimensioning and design of the installations.

HOW WE WORK?
1. – CURRENT INSTALLATION CONTROL
Before installing the combustion optimizer device a series of checks must be carried out. To do this an authorized gas installer of our team must carry out a preliminary analysis of the installation of gas and consumer appliances. This will allow us to determine:
- Possible locations for the combustion optimizer device
- Terms of delivery
- Equipment typology
- Uses of Gas in the Installations
These controls must be made before purchasing a combustion optimizer.
Absolutely all the data provided by the client to Optimiza Recursos, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, thus complying with the data protection law.
2. – CALCULATION OF THE SAVINGS EXPECTATION
With the previous analysis of your gas installation and additional information provided on the gas consumption history of the installation (preferred over the last two years), the technical staff will obtain the “savings expectation” and amortization of the combustion optimizer device
In this phase it is very important to define together with the customer the typology, duration and conditions of use to make a precise calculation of the savings that will be achieved on the day that the combustion optimizer device is installed, in this way we can verify that the device complies on the part of the manufacturer with the savings indicated in the contract. For this reason it is very important that the data provided by the customer are real
If these expectations were not in accordance with the company’s amortization policy, we do not recommend its installation
3. – COMBUSTION OPTIMIZER INSTALLATION
If the expectation of saving is positive and the client so decides, the installation of Ecogasplus® will proceed.
The installation of the device will be carried out by an installer of ecogasplus and gas authorized, which will guarantee compliance with the safety regulations in force and will issue the corresponding installation certificate after the assembly.
Once installed, Ecogasplus® will not have any problems when the inspections and checks are carried out, as the device is one more element in your installation as a manometer, its own meter. It does not require additional maintenance, once installed, it does not have mechanical elements that generate wear.
